Remove Mugshots

Visitors to the IndianaMugshots.net web site (“Publisher”) are authorized to submit requests for booking photos, mugshots, and arrest details to be unpublished from the Publisher’s database (“the database”).

To request that a mugshot be unpublished, simply send us the name of the arrested person and the date of their arrest (as listed on this web site) along with a money order in the correct amount ($19.99 or $44.99; see below) to:

Null Ventures LLC
PO Box 125
Bloomington IN 47402

To ensure that your request is processed as quickly as possible, we recommend that you leave a comment below (it will not be published or viewable by anyone other than our staff) letting us know that you have done so.

PUBLISHER’S UNPUBLISHING POLICY

While the Publisher is well within its rights to publish official records, the Publisher has made the ethical decision to accomodate requests to remove information from the database.

PROCESSING TIME

Requests to unpublish data from the database may take up to 14 days to process. As part of our optional paid service, you may choose to have your request expedited for a small fee. Upon receipt of an expedited request and applicable processing fee, the requested record will be unpublished within 48 hours.

COSTS

The standard processing fee to unpublish data is $19.99 USD. An expedited service is available for an additional $25.00 fee. The processing fee covers associated legal, administrative, and other costs.

COURTESY UNPUBLISHING SERVICE

Publisher makes a limited courtesy unpublishing service available to licensed attorneys and court officials in cases of expungements, exonerations, sealings, or juvenile arrests. In these instances, data will be removed from the database, at no charge, after review of required documentation by the Publisher’s authorized personnel or a licensed attorney. Contact the Publisher for more information.

DISCLAIMER

THE PUBLISHER RESERVES THE RIGHT TO APPROVE OR DECLINE ANY UNPUBLISHING REQUEST AT ITS SOLE DISCRETION. IN MOST INSTANCES PUBLISHER’S EXERCISE OF DISCRETION WILL BE INFLUENCED BY CIRCUMSTANCES WHERE THE PUBLIC INTEREST OR OTHER FACTORS ASSOCIATED WITH PUBLISHING OUTWEIGH A REQUESTOR’S PERSONAL INTEREST IN PUBLISHING.
